The dryer can recover the oily components in the cuttings effectively, treating capacity is 30 - 50 ton per hour, oil content COO less than 5% after treated.
The treating Capacity has a relationship with the Viscosity of mud as well.
The Mud Viscosity is determined by many factors including solids content, particle size, drilling fluid temperature.
