RTTS packer

 RTTS packer is a large diameter, bidirectional pressure packer, mechanical suspension seat seal packer. 

Design used for the formation testing, acidizing, cementing plug operations, RTTS packer in time to go down to complete a variety of functions operating.

 

Application: 

For zonal swabbing, oil recovery, water control, fracturing, acidizing and sand control.

 

Technical requirement:

If the underground condition permits, lower part of the packer should be connected with 3-4 oil tubing for tail pipe, and when lowering to the well the thread should be tightened.

 

Setting:

After lowering to the design depth, lift the packer up for 1-1.5m, rotate the tubing string for 4-8 circles (depending upon the well depth), then suppress the rubber barrel to enlarge its radical size so as to seal the annulus space between the tubing and casing and complete the setting.
