Wellhead Equipment Installation and Testing Procedures

3. Tubing Head Installation

Tubing Head installation follows casing head installation and includes hanging the tubing string and setting the tubing hanger seals.

4. Christmas Tree Assembly

The Christmas tree assembly includes master valves, wing valves, and swab valves. Each component must be properly oriented and torqued according to manufacturer specifications.

5. Pressure Testing

After installation, pressure testing verifies the integrity of all seals and connections. Testing should be performed in accordance with API specifications and local regulatory requirements.
