1 Pumping Units (Pump Jacks)

The Beam Pumping Unit remains the workhorse of artificial lift in mature oil fields worldwide. SANMON supplies API 11E certified crank-balanced beam pumping units engineered for decades of reliable service. Our pump jack range covers conventional geometry designs in API sizes from 6.4 through 640, with stroke lengths from 16" to 200" and gear reducer torque ratings up to 912,000 in-lbs.

Each pumping unit is manufactured with premium-grade structural steel and precision-machined bearing journals. The gear reducer features double-reduction helical and herringbone gearing with tapered roller bearings for smooth, quiet operation under continuous service. Walking beam and pitman assemblies are sized using finite element analysis to ensure fatigue resistance under cyclic loading.

Our pumping units can be configured with electric motor or internal combustion engine prime movers, and variable frequency drive (VFD) options are available for automatic stroke speed adjustment based on well conditions. Complete pumping unit packages include the structural assembly, gear reducer, belt guard, counterweights, and installation foundation templates.

2 Sucker Rod Pumps

The downhole pump is the heart of the sucker rod pumping system, and SANMON offers API 11AX compliant insert and Tubing pumps in a wide range of sizes and metallurgies. Our standard insert pumps are available in RHA (rod type, heavy wall barrel, top anchor), RHB (rod type, heavy wall barrel, bottom anchor), and RWA (rod type, thin wall barrel, top anchor) configurations.

For challenging well conditions, we supply pumps with specialized material options including chrome-plated barrels for abrasive service, nickel-carbide coated plungers for extended life in sandy production, and stainless steel barrel and plunger combinations for corrosive environments. High-temperature pump configurations with special clearance allowances are available for thermal recovery applications.

Our fiberglass rod sucker rod pumps represent an advanced solution for high-temperature wells and corrosive service environments where conventional steel rod strings experience premature failure. The combination of fiberglass sucker rods with API 11AX pump designs provides extended run life in wells with hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, or high chloride content.

3 Sucker Rods and Polished Rods

SANMON supplies API 11B certified sucker rods in grades C, D, K, and high-strength configurations. Our sucker rod inventory covers standard sizes from 5/8" through 1-1/8" with class T and class SM coupling options. Each rod is manufactured with precision-rolled threads and undergoes 100% magnetic particle inspection of the upset and body sections.

The polished rod assembly, including the polished rod itself, polished rod clamp, and stuffing box, forms the dynamic seal between the reciprocating rod string and the wellhead. Our polished rods are manufactured from induction-hardened chrome-plated bar stock for maximum surface wear resistance, available in standard 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" sizes with various length options. API 11B certified stuffing boxes with single and double packing arrangements provide reliable sealing with easy packing replacement.

Our rod rotators extend sucker rod coupling and tubing life by distributing wear evenly around the rod circumference, addressing a primary cause of rod-pumped well failure. The rotator mechanism is completely sealed and lubricated, requiring minimal maintenance throughout its service life.
