1 Coiled Tubing Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHA)

The bottom hole assembly is the functional heart of any coiled tubing operation, and SANMON provides modular BHA components that can be configured for a wide range of intervention objectives. Our standard BHA configurations include check valves, disconnect tools, circulating subs, centralizers, and connector subs, all designed with the compact dimensions required for coiled tubing deployment.

Dual-flapper check valves provide redundant flow prevention in both directions, protecting surface equipment from well pressure during rig-up and preventing formation influx during intervention operations. Our hydraulic disconnect tools enable rapid release of the BHA in the event of a stuck-pipe situation, with ball-actuated and pressure-cycle actuation mechanisms available to suit operational preferences.

Motor head assemblies (MHA) for coiled tubing drilling applications incorporate a Positive Displacement Motor (PDM), dual check valves, and an emergency release mechanism within a compact housing designed for smooth passage through completion restrictions.

2 Gas Lift Systems

Gas lift is a widely applied artificial lift method that uses compressed gas injected into the production tubing to reduce the hydrostatic pressure of the fluid column and enhance production. SANMON supplies API 19G1 certified Gas Lift Valves, side pocket mandrels, and related accessories for both continuous and intermittent gas lift operations.

Our side pocket mandrels provide a receptacle for gas lift valves that can be installed and retrieved by wireline without pulling the tubing string, offering significant cost savings for valve maintenance and replacement. The mandrels are manufactured from forged alloy steel with precision-honed internal pockets that ensure reliable latching and sealing of the gas lift valve assembly. Available in sizes from 2-3/8" through 4-1/2" with EUE and premium thread connections.

Gas lift valves are available in injection pressure operated (IPO) and production pressure operated (PPO) configurations, with nitrogen-charged bellows that provide precise and repeatable opening and closing pressures. Each valve is calibrated and tested in our climate-controlled workshop to verify set pressure accuracy and bellows integrity before shipment.

3 Chemical Injection Systems

Chemical injection at the downhole level provides targeted treatment for scale prevention, paraffin control, and corrosion inhibition, often achieving superior results compared to surface application. SANMON's API ported chemical injection mandrels enable continuous injection of treatment chemicals directly into the production stream at precisely the depth where they are most effective.

Our chemical injection mandrel design incorporates an integral check valve that prevents well fluids from entering the chemical injection line while allowing injection flow at controlled rates. The mandrel body is manufactured from materials compatible with common oilfield treatment chemicals, and the injection port is positioned to promote thorough mixing of the chemical with the production fluid.
