1. Product Overview

An oilfield Christmas tree is a core wellhead pressure control equipment installed on the top of casing and Tubing strings for onshore and offshore oil and gas wells. It serves as the main safety and production control unit to regulate well flow, control working pressure, isolate downhole fluids, and realize safe production, well shut-in, pressure testing, wax removal, and well maintenance operations. As an essential component of upstream petroleum exploitation, the Christmas tree connects Tubing Heads, Casing Heads, Gate Valves, chokes, check valves, pressure gauges and auxiliary fittings to form a complete wellhead control system.
Our Christmas tree products are strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A international standards, covering conventional oil wells, gas wells, high-pressure deep wells, and corrosive reservoir working conditions. The whole set adopts integral forging structure with high-strength alloy steel, featuring high pressure resistance, good sealing performance, fatigue resistance and long service life. All flow passages are precisely processed to ensure smooth fluid circulation and reduce erosion and turbulence. The valve body undergoes integral heat treatment to achieve stable mechanical properties under high pressure and high temperature downhole environments.
The Christmas tree can realize multi-functional wellhead management, including production adjustment, emergency shutdown, well pressure monitoring, chemical injection, and well testing. It effectively prevents well blowout, fluid leakage and pressure fluctuation, ensuring maximum safety during oilfield operation. Suitable for onshore oilfields, offshore platform wells, marginal wells and heavy oil wells, our wellhead trees support long-term continuous production and frequent switch operation. With modular structural design, the equipment is easy to install, disassemble, maintain and replace accessories, greatly reducing on-site construction time and operation costs for oilfield enterprises.
