1. Product Description

A distillation column, also known as a fractionation tower, is the core mass-transfer and separation equipment widely used in petrochemical refining, chemical processing, natural gas purification and energy industry systems. Based on the thermodynamic boiling point difference of mixed medium components, the tower completes continuous vapor-liquid two-phase countercurrent contact, heat exchange and mass transfer, realizing hierarchical separation and purification of crude oil, chemical solvents and gas mixtures. As the backbone of industrial separation processes, it undertakes the key process of cutting different fraction components and improving product purity, which determines the overall production efficiency and product qualification rate of the entire refining and chemical plant.
Our industrial distillation columns are divided into two mainstream structural types: tray distillation columns and packed distillation columns. The tray type adopts layered tower tray structure, which is suitable for large-flow, high-load and easy-scaling industrial working conditions, featuring strong anti-blocking performance and stable continuous operation. The packed type is equipped with high-efficiency structured or random packing, which provides larger specific surface area for vapor-liquid contact, with lower pressure drop and higher separation precision, ideal for fine chemical purification and low-pressure vacuum distillation scenarios. The whole tower body adopts vertical cylindrical pressure vessel structure, with integrated forging and welding process, ensuring overall structural rigidity and pressure-bearing safety.
This series of distillation towers supports atmospheric pressure, micro-pressure and vacuum operating modes, adapting to complex working conditions such as high temperature, corrosion and variable load. All internal components are optimized for fluid dynamics to reduce turbulence and dead zones, improve mass transfer efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The tower body is equipped with precision temperature measuring ports, pressure monitoring ports, liquid level detection ports and manhole maintenance ports, realizing real-time process monitoring and convenient daily inspection. A1: Tray columns are suitable for large flow, high viscosity and easy scaling media, with strong anti-interference ability and stable load adaptability, widely used in crude oil fractionation. Packed columns have larger mass transfer area, lower pressure drop and higher purification accuracy, more suitable for fine chemical separation, low-temperature and vacuum distillation working conditions.
