The high-pressure ball valve is a core fluid control switch device specially designed for harsh high-pressure working conditions of onshore oilfields, offshore platforms, drilling manifolds, cementing and fracturing operations, and petrochemical pipeline systems. Adopting a spherical rotary switching structure, the valve controls the full opening and closing of fluid passages through 90-degree rotation of the precision forged ball body, realizing fast cut-off, circulation and shunting of oil, natural gas, water and various industrial chemical media. Compared with conventional medium and low-pressure valves, this high-pressure ball valve features ultra-high pressure resistance, excellent sealing stability and strong environmental adaptability, making it the preferred control equipment for high-risk and high-load oil and gas fluid systems.
The product adopts an integral forged steel structure with one-piece or three-piece body design, featuring high overall structural rigidity, no deformation under ultra-high pressure and outstanding vibration resistance. It supports two mainstream structural types: floating ball and trunnion-mounted ball. The floating ball structure is compact and flexible for medium and small-caliber pipelines, while the trunnion-mounted ball design bears large axial pressure, suitable for large-diameter and super high-pressure working conditions. Equipped with high-performance metal hard sealing and composite soft sealing materials, the valve achieves bidirectional zero-leakage sealing effect, effectively avoiding medium leakage caused by pressure impact, temperature fluctuation and long-term vibration fatigue.
This series of ball valves supports manual, pneumatic and electric multi-control modes, with flexible and labor-saving operation, fast switching response and stable flow regulation performance. All internal flow channels are precisely polished with smooth inner walls, low fluid resistance and no turbulent pressure loss. The valve body undergoes integral forging and heat treatment to enhance structural toughness and corrosion resistance. It can operate stably for a long time in extreme environments such as high pressure, low temperature, high salinity and corrosive media, widely used in wellhead control, pipeline switching, manifold distribution and offshore engineering fluid management, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the entire oil and gas production system.
