As essential wellhead supporting equipment, it is widely applied in onshore and offshore oil and gas drilling, well workover, trenchless horizontal directional drilling, tunnel slurry purification and various mud circulation treatment scenarios. The working principle relies on high-pressure feeding to form strong centrifugal vortex inside the polyurethane hydrocyclones, which rapidly separates coarse sand, fine silt and barite solid impurities from drilling fluid. The separated underflow solid particles are further dehydrated and screened by the bottom vibrating screen to form dry solid slag discharge, while the purified overflow mud returns to the Mud Tank for cyclic utilization.
