1. Product Description

The piston pneumatic safety valve is a high-precision pilot-operated overpressure protection device specially designed for oil and gas wellheads, offshore platforms, pneumatic control systems and high-pressure pipeline manifolds. Different from traditional spring-type safety valves, it adopts an advanced piston pneumatic driving structure, which realizes sensitive pressure sensing, stable pressure regulation and automatic pressure relief through pneumatic pilot control. This valve serves as the final safety barrier for industrial pressure systems, effectively avoiding equipment damage, pipeline rupture and medium leakage caused by sudden pressure surges and overpressure accidents.
Featuring modulating opening performance instead of instantaneous full opening, the piston pneumatic safety valve can adjust the relief flow according to the actual overpressure degree, maintaining system pressure stability without causing drastic pressure fluctuation. Built with a high-strength piston assembly and wear-resistant sealing pairs, the valve integrates dustproof and anti-blocking structures to adapt to complex oilfield working conditions with impurities, high salinity and corrosive media. Under normal working pressure, the valve remains fully closed with zero leakage; once the system pressure exceeds the preset threshold, the pneumatic pilot mechanism instantly drives the piston to open for pressure relief. When the pressure returns to the safe range, the valve automatically resets and seals tightly, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the entire pneumatic and pressure pipeline system.
